Dedicated to the memory of Jackie
Jackie peacefully passed on 15th November 2019, aged 72 years, after battling for many years with early onset Dementia.
Jackie was a much loved Partner to Nick, beloved Mum to Sam and Kath and cherished Nanny.
We have chosen the following charities for donations:
Alzheimers Society - because they continue to be the leading charity researching all forms of Dementia.
Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and Farleigh hospice - as these were charities that Jackie still made regular donations to.
